Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Web-Nothing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Web-Nothing is a brand operated by Smart AI Solutions, the trading name of Y. P. Law. Full trader details are set out in section 16.

2. Description of Service

Web-Nothing is an AI-native platform that generates web applications from natural language prompts. Every generated app is automatically accessible by AI agents via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The service is provided “as is” and may change without notice.

3. Account and Authentication

You must sign in with a Google account to use Web-Nothing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share your agent tokens or API credentials with unauthorised parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Generate apps that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the AI generation service.
  • Use the platform to store or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. AI-Generated Content

Apps generated by Web-Nothing are created by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected behaviour. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated apps before relying on them for any purpose. We make no warranty regarding the correctness, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated output.

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the data you create within your apps. By using Web-Nothing, you grant us a limited licence to process your prompts through third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating your apps. We do not claim ownership of your generated apps or data.

7. Agent Access (MCP)

When you enable agent access on an app, external AI agents may interact with your app's data through the MCP protocol. You are responsible for managing your agent tokens and controlling which agents have access. We provide rate limiting and audit logging, but we are not liable for actions taken by external agents you have authorised.

8. API Connectors

Web-Nothing allows you to connect external APIs to your apps. Your API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of external APIs complies with those services' terms of use. We are not liable for any charges incurred through external API usage.

9. Rate Limits and Fair Use

The service is subject to rate limits to ensure fair access for all users. Free tier limits include restrictions on AI prompts, data operations, and API calls. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed fair use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of Web-Nothing. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Availability

We aim to keep Web-Nothing available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by service downtime.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Web-Nothing at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Web-Nothing after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)

17.1 The 14-day right. If you buy a paid plan or prompt pack as a consumer (for purposes wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession), the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel within 14 days of the day the contract is made, without giving a reason.

17.2 Immediate supply and loss of the right. Paid plans and prompt packs are digital services supplied immediately: your prompt quota, live-app allowance and agent (MCP) access are available as soon as payment completes. At checkout we therefore ask for your express consent to begin supply at once and your acknowledgement that, once supply has begun, you lose the right to cancel. We do not begin supply without that consent, and we keep a record of the consent you give (wording version and time). Where you have given it, you no longer have the statutory right to cancel that purchase, although you can still end a subscription under section 17.4.

17.3 Cancelling where the right still applies. If supply did not begin with your express consent, you may cancel within the 14 days by emailing support@smartaisolution.co.uk from your account email, naming the purchase. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the original payment method. If you asked us to begin supply during the cancellation period and then cancel, you must pay for the service supplied up to the time you told us, in proportion to the full price.

17.4 Ending a subscription (all customers). Separately from any statutory right, you may cancel a subscription at any time from “Manage subscription” on the pricing page or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; no further payments are taken and the remainder of that period is not refunded. Prompt packs are one-off purchases and are not subscriptions.

17.5 Your statutory rights. Nothing in this section affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where a service or digital content is faulty or not as described.
