Paid plans are monthly subscriptions and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from the Stripe customer portal (the “Manage subscription” button on your current plan above), or by emailing support@smartaisolution.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Prompt packs are one-off purchases and are not subscriptions.
If you buy as a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. Because paid plans and prompt packs are supplied immediately, we ask for your express consent to start straight away before you pay; once you give it and supply begins, that right no longer applies to the purchase.
